"Five Musts", "eight checks every day" and "ten prohibitions" in forklift operation
        Five must's:
       1. When other personnel on the operation site do not keep a safe distance from the forklift, the operation must be stopped immediately;
       2. Traffic at intersections must slow down, whistle and make KY confirmation;
       3. When the forklift stops working and gets off the vehicle, it is necessary to turn off the engine, pull out the key and pull the handbrake;
       4. Before starting work every day, it is necessary to carry out spot check carefully according to the content of spot check;
       5. In case of any abnormality during forklift operation, the principle of "stop calling" must be observed.
       Eight times a day:
       1. Check the cooling water and engine oil;
       2. Check the hand brake and foot brake;
       3. Check the headlight;
       4. Check the turn signal;
       5. Check the reversing lamp;
       6. Check the reversing buzzer and hazard warning light;
       7. Check the fan window;
       8. Check the appearance.
       Ten No:
       1. It is not allowed to drive while lifting the forks;
       2. Do not use inertia to unload goods;
       3. Single fork operation is not allowed;
       4. Overload operation is not allowed;
       5. It is not allowed to use braking inertia to slide round or easy rolling goods;
       6. It is not allowed to transport inflammable and explosive materials directly with fork;
       7. It is not allowed to stand on forks and pallets. After lifting goods, it is not allowed to stand under forks;
       8. It is not allowed to lift the goods to more than 30cm for long distance driving;
       9. It is not allowed to unload goods by forklift, jacking or bumping against the pallet;
       10. It is not allowed to exceed the speed limit, and the speed limit is 5km / h when driving in the warehouse;
       Three points for attention of operators
       1. Keep away from forklift operation area (including material rack centralized storage area), specifically as follows:
       (1) Do not take a shortcut, directly through the forklift operation area;
       (2) Do not because of fatigue, hiding in the gap of the shelf area to rest;
       (3) When cooperating with the supplier to confirm and inspect the parts, the forklift operation area should be carried out without convenience.
       2. When walking in the warehouse, pay attention to the danger of forklift
       (1) When passing the intersection or crossing the forklift passage, make a point to confirm;
       (2) When walking inside the warehouse, don't call while walking or do other things that affect your attention;
       3. Forklift driver, attention:
       (1) Before the EMU, make sure that there are no people in the front, back, left and right sides of the vehicle, especially when there are obstacles around;
       (2) When driving, don't exceed the speed limit. When turning, slow down and confirm by pointing;
       (3) It is strictly forbidden to use when the shelf and material frame are defective or placed unsteadily;
       (4) When unloading, ensure that the unloading rack is placed firmly and not inclined.
       Before operation, check whether the lights and reversing alarm devices are complete and effective; no one is allowed to approach within 1.5 meters of the forklift operation range (required by the enterprise); when the forklift is reversing, the driver must first find out the surrounding conditions and confirm the safety before reversing; when reversing in the workshop, warehouse, narrow road and other places, someone should stand behind the driver's side to command.        When driving a forklift, it is necessary to fasten the safety belt; it is not allowed to refit the forklift at will, and the forklift is not allowed to be used for lifting operation; it is forbidden to stand or take other people on all parts of the forklift; it is not allowed to overload, and the forklift is not allowed to rise too high when carrying goods, so as not to affect the stability of the forklift.        When driving a forklift, you should fasten your safety belt; when the forklift is turning, if there are pedestrians or vehicles nearby, you should send out a driving signal first; it is forbidden to make a sharp turn at high speed, which will cause the vehicle to lose lateral stability and overturn.        It is forbidden to overload the forklift, and the height of the load shall not block the driver's sight; when the special circumstances affect the forward sight, it is necessary to drive in reverse, and it is necessary to drive in low speed when reversing.        All parts of the forklift are not allowed to stand or take other people; the forklift is not allowed to overload, and the height of double forks or transported objects from the ground shall not be greater than 0.5m.
